I bought a camera from this company, add and activate failed. The consultant said that we should bring them a camera and a video recorder. There the recorder asked, activated the camera bought from them. After connecting already at home, my previously installed camera stopped working. I brought it to the company there it works. The consultant says that the problem in the recorder - the master will come to you and make it for 3500 rubles!!! Why did not warn me that the cameras will conflict when the firmware? And I showed a photo of my video recorder and camera before buying the camera? I would not have bought these cameras? I do not recommend this Obereg! I read the feedback from Obereg. Instead of restoring the camera, they offer to send the work from the old video recorder, which is still sold on the website, with the new firmware, my previously installed camera stopped working.
