Terrible unprofessionalism of employees, lies and deception, that's what we encountered when we turned to this office on Kalinin Avenue (and you can't call it otherwise!). They gave a new working phone for repair, only the back cover needed to be replaced (I think this is a common problem). And in the end it turned out that the gloves worked and damaged someone else's property!!!!! It was during the replacement that we spoiled the internal speaker connector, and after two weeks the phone simply stopped making any sound!!!!! The autopsy showed that there really is damage and plus all that this mess of a house there is still a direct wire, so you understand the conversation is not in vain. There is a video and photos, so it just won't go through!!!!! The guys spoiled the future, so admit it, don't fix it and don't hide anything, but if you are competent, you don't need to hide anything anymore, and you don't have to do it right away!!!!
