I asked for a duplicate key. The key was ready in half an hour. When paying with a card, the cashier ran out of tape and did not issue a receipt. The money was deducted from the account. As a result, they did not give me the key, because without a receipt there is no payment. The second time I did not pay. Great. I paid 200 rubles and did not receive the key. I am terrified.

The sign said, "Bags Repaired". I had to fix the braces on the bag and sew a torn pocket in the bag. I came to pick it up, I saw that I had a telescopic handle with a button. This suitcase had such a native handle that instantly went out of order. I didn't want one. I have to tell the clients how and what will be repaired.
