They came to us with a faulty steam generator. They charged us 500 rubles for the diagnosis. They said that within a couple of days they would call and tell us how much it would cost to repair. A week later, their wife called them herself, they indicated the repair price of 6,000 rubles. We refused, bought a new one. For more than three weeks they did not give the old one, as if we had dismantled it, we would not put it back together. 25 days after handing over the steam generator to them, yesterday, it turned out that they had made a mistake, they repaired our tank and it cost 3,800 rubles. They took it without paying for this repair, as if it even worked - but if they had called the price 3,800, we would not have started buying a new one, but we would have paid for the repair without any problems. It gave the impression that there were cheats or small or large work. In any case, we would hardly have to go to the repair shop.
